If you would rather not order on line or use Pay Pal to pay, but would like to send a money order payment instead, just e mail us and let us know what you would like to purchase. We will calculate the charges and let you know of the total by e mail. Then we will wait until the money order clears and then send out the package. (May take more than 30 days to clear depending on the bank you get the M.O. from).

Shipping:

All items are usually shipped out between 1 – 3 business days depending on the amount and what the item(s) are.

Delivery time is usually between 1 – 4 business days depending on where you live and what you order.

Would you like your package to arrive sooner than this? NO PROBLEM!!! Just write us at docmae@docmae.com and tell us what your needs are. We can send it Guaranteed over night. (Depending on the Post office and availability to your area) We will send you an e mail with a PayPal link and the additional amount and choices that you can add to your account and we will send that package to you by that method. The post office may guarantee 1 or 2 day delivery depending on where it is being shipped. The cost are usually around 20 plus dollars (maybe more or less).

Shipping rates do not apply to international or express shipping. There will be an additional charge after you purchase the item. We will send you an e mail and let you know of the additional amount. We will also send you a link to Pay Pal where you can apply that amount to your card.

After you receive your merchandise you may or may not notice that the price for shipping may not be the same amount as what you may have paid. There is additional amounts that USPS doesn’t attach to the package. Such as, Pay Pal cost of transaction, cost of gasoline, time, delivery conformation, phone time, research, insurance and other cost that would equal to or be over the amount.

Different shipping address;
If you have a different shipping address than your billing address, just e mail Doctor Mae with the shipping address and she would be glad to honor it. Pay Pal does not offer it for anyone but we will. Thank you for your patience on this matter. :)

About Your Order:

At time of your order, Pay Pal instantly upon ordering will send you a conformation letter showing how much you paid and all the information pertaining to your order. If for any reason you don't get this conformation letter from PayPal, that means your order was not completed and your credit card was not charged and we did not receive your order. Any question just e mail us and we will check the status on your order. As soon as we ship your order out we will send you a confirmation e mail that will tell you that day it went out and the estimated time of arrival to you or your loved one. We also send out a packing slip inside your package that will include what you ordered with the price paid so whoever you send the package to will know how much you paid for it. Unless you tell us by e mail that you do not want the price included in the package slip. Also if you need to return the item the packing slip is also your return slip and needs to be returned with said item. If you have any questions about anything feel free to ask us. Security:

The only reason we ask for your phone number and e mail address is to give it to U.S.P.S in case they may run into trouble delivering your package. Doctor Mae may also have questions on your order and may want to clarify before the garments are made and or shipped. Doctor Mae always respects the privacy of each individual and will never share your personal information with anyone! Everything else goes through secured PayPal and no one here at Docmae.com receives your credit card information ever.

Returns and Exchanges:

Most everything here at Docmae.com is made right here for you right after the order is placed. Not in any sweat shop. We buy our fabric and notions at a local fabric store and pay retail pricing. Because of this we pay a lot more but it is important to us to have good quality high end merchandise. Along with our huge sale prices we hardly cover our cost. Once you receive your purchase, you have 10 days to e mail us and state why you would like to return or exchange the said item. We can be reached by e mail anytime of the day 24/7 at docmae@docmae.com  In this e mail please include the reason for the return. After you hear from us and you send the package back. Please include the reason for your return or exchange on your ORIGINAL packing slip that has your transaction ID number on it. (Not a copy of it) Without the ORIGINAL packing slip  we can’t process, refund, or exchange the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back and it has not been worn. We will be happy to refund or exchange / (Make another one for you) Minus our fees.

In all exchanges there will be an additional shipping charge for any exchanged or other items that need to be shipped back out to you. You will need to purchase a new item for any exchanges and then we can refund the price of the previous order minus S/H, insurance, conformation fees acquired by us, merchant, snap fee if used on garments, and restocking fee.  On returns, the same S/H,insurance, conformation fees acquired by us, merchant, snap fee if used, and restocking fees apply. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable including insurance, and conformation fees acquired by us on all returns and exchanges. We do recommend that you purchase insurance when returning package(s) because Docmae.com will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. These charges includes orders that are refused by buyer or don't sign for the package and just wait until it is returned to us. We are not able to offer a return or exchange on any of the following items. If the person dies for whom you bought it for or they have bought for themselves (per the Health Dept.), Any order that has more than 3 items of the same item price, color and size without a special consent in writing from Docmae.com. (They are considered as a special order) Items purchased in the custom re-design store, (they are one of a kind items), (special order item(s), meaning any alteration or added feature to the product or specially made over 3 of the same item, color and size) on any items that has been discontinued, international orders, 50% off clothing or if you paid by money order. If you don’t e mail us within the 10 day period and just send the said item back to us, there will be no refund because we will not have a history of the garment and therefore we will have to destroy the said item. Also if you send the item(s) back to us showing any wear, there will be no refund given because it will have to be destroyed. A lot of our customers are elderly and or have suppressed immune systems. Cancellation Policy:

There will be a cancellation fee of 25% of said item(s) plus a merchant fee of 15%. If the package has not yet been shipped. If you cancel your order or in part after the package was already shipped, then it will be treated as a return. Please read our Returns and Exchanges policy above.

International Orders:

International shipping rates will be determined after your order is placed. We will e mail you with your choice of amounts and ways that Docmae.com can send your package to you with a link from Pay Pal that you can pay that additional amount. You will then receive an e mail from Pay Pal stating your conformation on the amount you charged on your card.  We will tell you as soon as we ship your order out and when it is due to arrive. Docmae.com can’t tract it or have any control over the package unless you go with the Guaranteed EXPRESS which is usually 5 business days. You will get several cheaper ways to go possibly 1st class, priority and or Parcel Post. If you go with anything else then the Guaranteed EXPRESS we can’t track the package at all and docmae.com will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. If you do go with the cheaper way to send the package and If you do not receive the package or if customs ask for an additional amount to deliver the package, that amount is up to the customer to pay. If customs ask or wants anything else, Docmae.com accepts no responsibility of that said package. Docmae.com makes sure that the right amount of postage is on the package stated by U.S.P.S and is in no way responsible for custom charges if any. There are Guarantee shipping and non Guarantee shipping. The Guarantee shipping rates are higher than non Guarantee rates. The Guarantee shipping is the Guaranteed EXPRESS. Docmae.com does not except any responsibility of the non Guaranteed EXPRESS packages and will not be responsible for Guaranteed EXPRESS or any other packages after it reaches customs. Docmae.com does not accept any package back after it has reached customs as well.
